Last year, when I was preparing to go to Thailand, I heard a message from Rob Morris (a missonary my home church supports). He was speaking about the passage in Mark 5 when Jesus went to the child who was "not dead, but asleep." When he got there, He spoke to her, "Talitha koum!" (which means, "Little girl, get up!"). When I heard this, it was yet another confirmation that I was to get up from where I was and go! I knew this was not only for my time in Thailand, but also for my life.
So, this blog will serve to keep you updated as I get up and go as I have been called to do!
